How do I get a quote?
Simply click the GET QUOTE button at the bottom of the PROMOTIONS homepage and fill in the fields. NO HIDDEN COST!! I will respond to your quote request by breaking out each and every item you will be charged for.
what is your minimum print order?
I have no quantity minimum, just a $30 minimum print charge. Big savings at orders of 144+.
i don't have a Design, how do i get one?
No problem! That's my specialty! $50 design development service fee. This fee only applies for new creative designs. I will work with you to get the perfect design for your shirt and event. Please allow more processing time for your order when using the design service. $50 design fee is waived if you provide print ready graphics.
I have a design, what file types do you accept?
I accepts all file types. There will be a $20 conversion fee if the art is not one of the following:
- EPS
- AI
- TIFF
- PDF (vectored)

Do you print on anything other than t-shirts?
Yes. You can choose Hoodies, Zip-Up Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops and much more. Feel free to contact me if you have a specific item you are interested in.

do you have an ink color chart?
Yes. The color chart will provide you with an idea for closest matches to your PMS colors in your design.
can i see a proof before printing?
Yes. I will never print your order without your full approval.
i want to see the quality of the shirt, do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples are available upon request. Note this may increase processing time of your order.
Can you ship my order to me?
Yes. Your order will be shipped anywhere within the US.

Typical shipping takes 3-5 business days. Rush orders are available.
how long will an order take from concept to delivery?
Glad you asked. A typical custom order can take as little as 5 business days, but please allow 7-15 business days as a safe window for your event.
Do you accept coupons?
No coupons needed, when you are already getting the lowest price around!
what forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Paypal, Venmo, Visa, Master Card, Cash and Checks (Please make checks payable to Mark Dyser. I will send you an invoice that you will use to process your order.
When do i need to pay?
Orders will be process upon payment received.
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds will only be provided if completed orders do not match your approved order, or if your order cannot be corrected.
