Growing up in Akron, Ohio—a city defined by industry and invention—I was surrounded by the spirit of 'making.' Whether it was the local legacy of the 'Rubber Capital' or the gritty industrial energy of the 80s, I was hooked on innovation from the start. This drive to create higher-functioning, more enjoyable experiences led me to The Ohio State University, where I formalised my passion with a degree in Industrial Design.

If you told my younger self that I’d spend my days inventing toys and working with rock stars, I wouldn’t have believed you. My professional journey has been a bit of a whirlwind. I’ve had the chance to design everything from Mc DONALD's HAPPY Meal toys to the END OF THE ROAD TOUR GOLDEN TICKET FOR KISS.

I’m a firm believer that great design should be an experience. That philosophy has taken me to some pretty cool places: standing on movie sets, developing new treats for the candy aisle, and collaborating with the teams behind jennifer lopez, bob marley, peter gabriel, rush,  Billy Joel, and billie eilish. Whether I’m designing packaging or handing over a crystal Ticket to the rolling stones, I bring that same 'fan-first' energy to everything I create. It’s been a wild ride, and I’ve loved every second of it.

Chicagoland is home, but my heart is driven by my family—my three amazing boys and my wife, the foundation of our busy lives. I carry my parents' legacy of sacrifice with me, turning their hard work into the creative freedom I enjoy today. I’m a big advocate for 'quiet excellence'—giving your absolute best even when the cameras are off. To keep that drive sustainable, I head to the park with my dogs to recharge. That time spent outdoors is my essential mental reboot, ensuring I bring my best energy to every design.
